THE best antelope of all time! And I'm not just saying that because it's my first show... The tightest organized chaos, incredible intense peaks and insanity before the drop. Then the best post-drop funk breakdown featuring no less than 5 Gordon fight bells in tune to the music. He knew.

Evil, frenetic vortex of sound in the jam that won't stop spinning. Carini-chase intro, stop/start outro.

Absolute shred fest with a Star Wars theme. Trey's a f'n Jedi. Precise recklessness of 94 at its best!

Coming out of Demand (which should really happen again, it's a spot on lead in), this is a criminally underrated version. One that was added as filler (on the 6/22/94 LP release), it still feels totally ignored. It's a rock powerhouse, with some experimental and cacophonous bits that then merge into

The dirtiest, nastiest most intense Lope. Huge Can't You Hear Me Knocking jams that just push this baby t/o the brink. An unrelenting face melter that caps their 1st ever set at Red Rocks. Interesting contrast to previous version (8/14/93, which I like the slightest bit better).

Thomas and Mack Arena Las Vegas, Nevada. My favorite version of Run like an Antelope. Contains some beautiful jazzy riffs that lead into amazing climax. It ends with a space funk for the ages. Its a must listen!!

Don't be put off by the BBFCFM in the middle - this is first-class, vintage 94 improv.

One of my favorite shows from 92' and this antelope is a definite highlight. My old audience recording was heavy on the guitar and bass which was alright with me cause Trey and Mike are on fire here.

Unique and fun Antelope on this night! The band keeps teasing Boogie on a Reggae Woman throughout (the song played right before) and they work it until they get just the right amount of boogie groove inserted. Then to top it off, they add extra jam to the toast with an extended ending solo.
